Perched atop a hillside, Casa Real looks out over a mountainous terrain with awe-inspiring views. With floor to ceiling windows throughout, the natural light streams in throughout the year, illuminating the space and creating a dramatic coexistence with the outdoors. When the sliding glass doors are open, the patio and interior space become one continuous volume, blurring the line between indoors and outdoors. The rich palette of wood tones and dim lighting throughout creates an inviting and warm presence in this open and airy retreat.

The grand entry reveals 15’ ceilings and a striking geometric sculpture constructed of black steel, resting inside a serene water feature, creating a dramatic entryway. The rich walnut floors and natural paint colors merge beautifully with the natural textiles and live edge slabs of custom wood furnishings. The space was designed to encompass and reveal the stunning mountain views framed throughout the architecture of this house.
